Saina RMS is a revenue management system for airlines based on an algorithm for changing the price of air tickets by continuously analyzing a number of dynamic parameters.

Problem and Opportunity
During product usage analysis, we identified an insight: managers of analytics departments need not just access to data, but a convenient tool for strategic analysis.
They need to quickly see the overall picture, customize key metrics for their goals, and respond promptly to market changes.
The lack of such a tool limited team efficiency and made resource allocation more difficult.
Opportunity: increase the product’s value by creating functionality designed for managers, with customization options and real-time visual analytics.

If each executive can tailor the displayed metrics to their own goals (for example, by department, route, or time period), engagement with the product will grow, and reports will become more relevant to specific business objectives
3. Strategic focus hypothesis
If the system provides not only current metrics but also dynamic insights (trends, forecasts, and period comparisons), executives will be able to define strategic priorities more effectively and optimize resource allocation
4. Independence from other teams hypothesis
If executives can independently generate and export reports without involving analysts, internal communication time and data preparation efforts will be reduced by 20-25%, increasing overall operational efficiency

Design Process
- Market analysis: researched international RMS systems and management tools, including analytics dashboards and BI solutions
- Design: developed the web interface, incorporating all business requirements and ensuring scalability for future features
- Responsive Design: designed responsive versions for desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Team collaboration: aligned functional priorities with the Product Manager and CEO, worked closely with front-end and back-end developers, and conducted design reviews
- Testing: conducted remote sessions with future users to validate workflows and assess interface usability
- UI Kit: created a comprehensive UI Kit to maintain consistency and speed up future development.

Design
In the Downloads screen you can see all the necessary information, applying the necessary filtering, in graph and table version. It is also possible to download a table version for reporting
In the Tariffs screen, filtering is added and all the necessary information is displayed clearly, as well as in a table format, with the ability to sort and filter
In the Flights screen, you can configure the indicators that are most important for you to see, or leave all of it by default
