About the project
Saina RMS is a revenue management system for airlines based on an algorithm for changing the price of air tickets by continuously analyzing a number of dynamic parameters.
Objective
  • to create a new conceptual approach to an existing brand, taking into account the scaling of the project to the European market
  • to improve the product description, systematize the information
  • to implement adaptive versions
Competitor Analysis
An analysis of 4 competitors' websites was conducted, the advantages and disadvantages of the solutions presented on them were identified.

My Role
  • Conducted competitor research and UX audit of the existing website
  • Improved the structure of information presentation on the website
  • Developed a UI kit from scratch with all the notes and nuances for development
  • Used variables for dark mode and light mode display
  • Worked in a very tight deadline
